Shady, it's strange how they know there is a single winner in the Power ball lottery on the night the numbers are picked. Imagine waiting a week to find out who won, yet the elections are an entirely different outcome.
Back in the day manual voting took place, we knew before we went to bed who won. Now, with computer tabulation. at a gazillion computations per second, it only takes a week.
