Most of what you say is patently wrong or pure speculation. There is NO way for you to know whether there was ever a JV with DongFeng. The product works, I have independently verified that. The real problem is the company got sued and the lawsuits bled them dry. They are honest hard working people with a vision to make this a fortune 500 company. Having no financing however has crippled the company and it is now circling the drain. That does not equate to scam.
My only problem now is with the way CC and the NDAers have handled the aftermath. There is no doubt the company is in trouble but they chose to deceive and go into stealth mode, not inform investors of the reality meanwhile projecting an image of a thriving company that is about to have $100M in revenues.
How many people do you think bought stock upon that PR??? How many insiders sold on tha PR?? There lies the ethical problems I have with this company.
They may rebound but I am not betting my hard earned money on it.
