How many quarterly filings do you have to read showing revenue basically at ZERO, net losses every quarter for 6 years, more and more private loans never paid back, more and mores shares issued to convert debt, etc etc etc.
As far as your darling Foxess and the hat your hanging on a digital copy of a certificate naming spp a distributor and website link...please answer these questions and I'll tell what plan Foxess has for spp (not snpw). lol
1. they didn't have anyone in the U.S. to choose from (that's obvious if you do your homework). even a blind squirrel finds a nut. Remember the saying "they all look fine at closing time"?
2. do you know if Foxess products are certified for sale and distribution in the U.S. yet
3. do you when they might be certified for sale in the U.S.? (I read they expecting be certified by 12/31/21. Can you confirm that?
4. do you know of Foxess products are eligible for the clean energy act perks?
5. do you know anything about the terms of the distributorship agreement between Foxess and spp?
6. do you what the margins are for distributing Foxess products?
7. do you know who pays for what and when with Foxess products shipped
8. do you know of any Foxess shipments to spp since June 9, 2022
10. do you of one sale of one Foxess product by spp
11. do you know of one product distributed by spp
12. do you know when spp will have its ("our"
