The well funded partner shelled out 700k, per Chad. The original 400k came from somewhere. But cutting loose directors and lawyers, the pursuant lawsuits( don't know what breech of promise lies there) and unknown revenue from sales paints a rather bleak picture. We have no idea how surmountable these challenges are, at this point.
