Manipulated down for reloading at .0008 > .0010.
Started with a manipulator putting a fake block at .0011 - then .0012 - then walking it down to .0010 - then whacking the bid at .0009 - to dupe people to sell into their larger bid at .0008.
Reversing now - .0008 undercut ask taken out with 4.5M + 1M buys - .0009s up only 19M there.
