Since the three crooks control 80% of voting rights they can do anything they want.
Whatever salary they choose, 15k a month each.
Issue more shares and then do an RS,
so far six of them, all investors get wiped out because of it ,at the same time they start all over again giving themselves millions of free shares in compensation.
They have perfected theft, stealing people's money legally with no consequences.
They have done a great job in deceiving new investors with bogus PRs of non existent contracts.
I would not call them dumb....they are experienced thieves and they know it.
