Filing says Company gave someone 100% of Medrecycler LLC in exchange for the debt owed to that person?
I would think the Medrecyler LLC debt would get transferred with the new ownership of Medrycyler LLC when granted 100% of the ownership.
It's taking awhile for you to understand the previous structure of Medrecycler LLC (as a subsidiary of snpw with shares and registered as an LLC in Nv) and what looks like a different entity (if it still exists) and ownership rights with license ind efault since June 2022 and no shares showing on file with Nv.
I, personally, read the filing as Medrecycler LLC not being owned by snpw but by an individual (or new partnership) outside of snpw based on Nv state records. Same situation with MediRi status based on Ri state record on file.
I could be wrong. I hope I'm wrong since no 8-K has been issued and no changes of subsidiary status noted in the 11/14/22 10-Q.
