Key words "most likely" and when was this said?

Quote:
Step 2

If denial is up held, Medrecyler-RI and SNPW jointly will mostly likely sue the State of RI for the alleged unlawful targeting law and RI-DEM for using that alleged illegal law for the purpose of denials for damages suffered due to the denial..

Knowing the date when the "most likely" was published and looking at the changes since it was said would help.

It's important to note that no lawsuit has been filed or there might have been an 8-K filed. I don't think you will see a lawsuit filed by snpw because of the reasons I've been trying to explain to you.

Few things to consider:
- Snpw had no part in the dealings with the Medrecyler LLC/MediRi project in Ri
- Medrecylcer LLC was the company initially applying for the permits/license.
- Medrecylcer LLC became the holding company for a new entity formed named MediRi to be able to get investment support/approval to get the bond through.
- A lot of investment $ was spent on equipment, equipment freight, equipment assembling, facility lease etc before the public hearing and final DEM hearing.
- MediRi got denied by Ri DEM
- MediRi had to settle with investor following denial
- All debts settled and equipment went (or was supposed to) to the investor, as part of the settlement, if you follow the filings.
MediRi settled all debts with investors including giving up the equipment in exchange for debt owed.
- snpw had to settle 500K (owed to Pyro SS LLC) relating to the MediRi denial
- MediRi was deconsolidated from snpw's financials
- snpw, through Medrecycler and through MediRi took advantage of the deconsolidation in 2021
- 1 person/officer of MediRi with 100,000 shares showing on Ri sec of state website
- 1 person/same person was granted 100% of Medrecycler LLC by the company for debt owed to the same person.

So who is going to do the suing? Snpw (not a participant), Medrecyler LLC (had to get off the horse for the bond application), MediRi (actual entity that was denied) or the one person hat now owns all of Medrecycler LLC (if it's still an entity in Nv) and the same person listed as the only officer of MedRi (incl 100,000 shares)? I don't think Medrecycler LLC owning 51,000 shares of MedRi is relevant any longer, but I could be wrong.

So get back to me on when the "most likely" was published and factor in where things are today (ownership/shares/entity status) versus when the "most likely" going to sue was "first" published.

Of course I could be wildly wrong, but it's only my opinion that snpw/shareholders will have nothing to gain from any settlement with that state. MedRi is out the picture through deconsolidation and 3 mil write off in 2021 and Medrecyler LLC may be no more if you check out it's Nv status in default since June 2022 with Zero (0) shares listed. When is the last tweet you saw mentioning anything about a potential snpw lawsuit? There already was a lawsuit settled pertaining to this same MediRi project. Personally, I somewhat, better, understand why it was filed now, as you look back at this fiasco and 18 months since the appeal was denied.

I always reserve the right to be wrong with my opinions. MedRecycler LLC could be fine and nothing has changed being a subsidiary of snpw? MedRi could have other private investors gambling on winning a settlement with the state and comfortable with the person listed as the sole officer of the entity.

Conference call would "most likely" help sort it all out versus trying to figure out the answers to some of the questions centered around the topic.

headed to work!

in my humble opinion

cheers
