It's not that clear cut and dry. Do you know what the holding company was "carrying" with Bella Electric, LLC? It seemed to be an operating company before and during its subsidiary years and still today. Consolidated financials don't provide the opportunity to see the details related to subsidiaries cost versus revenue. Maybe, I'm wrong and it doesn't exist?
But, electrical services are a part of almost every solar application. Not sure why the company decided to dissolve it when Foxess products repair/service seemed (?) like a good fit for that subsidiary to participate and add a revenue stream. Their had to be someone in charge of that business? Why does it get dissolved as a subsidiary after being in business for years? Is it allowed to operate outside the parent holding company as an entity if it get dissolved? Need an electrician license? What happens to electrician license asset?
These are not worth guessing about. Easier to get answers and explanations during a conference call. I really don't want to have to read brief answers through tweets either.
in my humble opinion
cheers
