“ This is why you don't bring up an R/S. You just fed Rudiger content for 5 posts I had to delete and, now he's hit his limit, he hands the torch to his other account, GoodSamantha.
Mods will now have to delete their R/S bullshit for days.”
But to be fair to myself, I never suggested and even disclaimed that Cytodyn was planning to do this.
I simply realized that I wondered if both public float, and un-issued authorized shares would be treated the same in the case of a reverse split. I stand by that this was a good question. Perhaps investopedia instead thus respectable message board would have been the better way to ask or seek. I never had a question or posed a question if it was a good idea, nor suggested that Cytodyn was about to do one, and I thought this board might like to discuss.
The answer I found concerning Palladan was deleted, but in that case the public float was reversed by a ratio of 25:1, and at the same the shareholder approved authorized shares remained the same. Hmmm…?
I still don’t fully understand what that means. Engineering as someone said fits. But what’s the math?
It was a darn good question for a guy like me with a crapLOAD of shares to even think of, and that’s why I brought it up. guess nobody likes to discuss anything anymore. Lesson learned. Thanks.
