Cute video. I think Mr Allinder actually does know what he is doing. In my opinion, it is grasping at straws to nitpick the CEO's words in an attempt to split hairs with spin and innuendo as well as opinion that makes suggestions and conclusions which are just wrong and sheer nonsense. I think if all we have to complain about right now is the exact form which will be filed at the exact time, ahead of another form, or not, then we must be doing amazingly great! I would take the position that there are a great many other concerns which are much more of an issue for the typical shareholder in RFMK. Also the dilution is known and has been a dead horse beaten to death by the bashers daily. We all realize there has been dilution, it's a development stage company. If someone showed me a single pink sheet company which did not massively dilute over an entire year to raise funds for operations in order to bring a new product to market then I would be rather surprised. I think the CEO has made plenty of public statements declaring that the company is engaged with an accounting firm actively performing an audit to assist the task of getting the company fully reporting which will allow the company to uplist. Who knows how much longer it will take but I can say that at this point the CEO has painted himself into a corner. If what all the bashers say about RFMK turns out to be exactly true then the stock would likely get halted pending an investigation and the CEO would likely go to jail for false statements made to mislead the investing public. Or, it is the case that the CEO has always been telling the truth and that he does in fact intend to get fully reporting and uplist. It either happens or it does not. I think this RFMK story is coming to a head very soon, so like any other pinky, investors lose it all or we potentially see gains in the stock because of forward progress, or of course it could continue to have no performance even in the face of spectacular corporate progress. Anything is possible IMO and to pound the table every day on the negatives is IMO not especially helpful for investors. IMO we need to discuss the company and its potential openly and fairly. I am all for recognizing the negatives and more than many in RFMK I understand the many concerns, but I do not see why anytime investors mention positives some deem such talk as pumping or that those supporters are just scam artist company shills. I think its important to have a fair and balanced perspective. BWTFDIK.
BTW, despite what some believe on other boards, I do not believe and have never suggested that there is some kind of huge shorty conspiracy or big NSS position in RFMK. All I have ever pointed out is the large percentage daily short volume versus total volume which in itself suggests MMs and/or market players at play; business as usual. But I think it's important for investors to know what is going on with the mechanics in the stock every day so they realize that what they see is not necessarily the real story going on in the trading of the stock. Its all smoke and mirrors, well not all but mostly. :/
The dark side clouds everything.
