WOW!! MEDRECYCLER LLC NO MORE?? What subsidiary?
How can that be?? It's being listed as a subsidiary of snpw.
Thought it was a subsidiary of snpw?
Thought it was the owner of MEDMASTER assets?
Thought it was the parent of a future MedRecycler franchise of pyrolysis plants.
Now I'm "wondering" why it is in default status with Nevada since June 2022

Then you have the CEO owning 100,000 (all) shares of Medi-Ri as the sole officer?

Is Medi-Ri a subsidiary? Don't think so. Thought they were gone and written off for 3 Mil with snpw deconsolidated financials in 2021? Maybe, but who's stuffing the belly? Now, just think where the MedRecycler 9 mil in equipment could be? Who nose? lol
I've known this for awhile but was waiting for an 8-K or a tweet to announce any material change with the company's subsidiaries...so the shareholders could be informed.
How do you have a website if it's not a registered entity as a business in any state and corporate filing in default in Nevada? Unless it's being used conveniently for private use? https://medrecycler.com/
