Interesting take on your question. I’m not an

I’m not anti Seafarer, in fact we sort of have an agreement.
If I post anything false they’ll sue and that dates back to early 2016. Almost 7 years….wow!
The back and forth is with an affiliate who holds a special place in my heart.
He thinks SFRX will go to the NASDAQ before EXPL pays a divvy or repurchases shares.
I’ve even made suggestions like, don’t wait on the state, strike a deal with the Fishers and prove to the world the Toy works.
For a more accurate answer I submit the following:
When Seafarer was first formed, president and CEO Kyle Kennedy had a partner, Micah Eldred. When SFRX went public, Micah immediately tried to sell all of his shares even though SEC regulation stipulate certain procedures must be carried out for an officer of a company to sell shares. Micah tried to get Kyle to skip these steps and clear his shares for selling, over 30 million shares. Kyle refused and a multi-year lawsuit and counter suit began. Eventually Micah had to give up his 34 million shares in the settlement. I call that a win.
As this suit began, Micah began paying a previous contractor with Seafarer $2,000 a month to go online and attack Seafarer in order to harm the company and coerce Kyle into approving the sell of Micah's shares.
When a lawsuit against Sean Murphy (aka flatreasurecapt) stopped the online attacks, another poster picked up where Sean left off. Another lawsuit stopped that person which was about 7 years ago or so.
I'll let you do the math on that and the coincidence that someone has constantly been attacking this company since the lawsuit started.
So, no, there is no agreement between Seafarer and someone who has spent the last 7 years daily attacking a company in which they don't own shares. Well over 5,000 posts on differing boards and sites equates to more than one post a day. I know I would not waste 7 years doing research and combing through annual reports and financials to find information to use in attacking a company, without some motivation for that dedication coming from somewhere.
So many false or misleading statements have been claimed against SFRX for years.
I'm not an affiliate of the company. I'm a shareholder.
There are a lot of things going on behind the scenes that certain non-shareholding individuals may not know about. While easy solutions are proposed, execution of those ideas is not as easy as is professed.
I hope this helps to clear up the situation. I know a lot of misinformation can confuse things for investors if you don't understand the big picture of what is happening.
