Don't need Medrecycler LLC if it doesn't exist??
Can you find a company with the name "Medrecycler" (not Medrycler-RI, Inc) listed any as an entity in Rhode Island. Or any other state for that matter.
You can find the whole 100,000 shares owned by the ceo under MedRecycler-RI on Ri state sec of state site. LOL
Remember someone supposedly gave Med-Ri i ownership away in exchange for the equipment as collateral?
Then we find pyrolysis equipment for sale under another company name (MSW Recycler) owned by the same owner still listed as only officer of Medi-Ri on Ri sec of state business search site. https://business.sos.ri.gov/CorpWeb/CorpSearc...RCH_TYPE=1
You can find the MSW Recycler equipment listings on this message board if you search posts. That website info, soliciting pyrolysis equipment for sale by MSW Recycler, has since been removed after calling out the company.
Do your own due diligence. And look at the big advantage snpw got with taking the write down in 2021 by deconsolidating Medrecycler-RI from the snpw consolidated financials. No who looks is still listed as only officer of Medi-Ri on the Ri sec of state site.
