Company has no chance of getting around tweet I

It appears to be another idiotic reckless mistake by the company not weighing the circumstances based on the content of the tweet. Was it really worth the risk? We both seem to agree...no it wasn't. What's more concerning and will probably be taken into consideration by Twitter...is that it might still active and not deleted.
Do you really think Twitter approves of corporate accounts taking the time to call out individuals in order to rile up supporters to incite harassment?
No need to debate this. I'm not speaking for someone else. From what I understand it's in Twitter's hands now. Could be determined in short order. It may be a case of more than one complaint being filed.
It was the company's decision to post the tweet or not. They must have felt a dire need to tweet targeting an individual ...versus not tweeting it. Not sure why they made that decision. But, it seems like a bad decision at this juncture.
Nothing to gain with tweet. Everything to lose. Had to be a corporate decision mate. That's unfortunate for the shareholders. Quite embarrassing one might say.
in my humble opinion
