About that NI43-101 report that Marc touted would be done. Anyone with any knowledge of the mining industry knows that Marc LIED.
An NI43-101 report sounds good to investors but neither GDSM nor WSRA had the funds to have an NI43-101 report done. First, it must be
done by an independent 3rd party QP (Qualified Person). At best Marc could have said "National Instrument (NI) 43.101 STYLE TECHNICAL REPORT". This can easily run over $100K. And it is not something Don Jenkins could have put together!
Second - people with knowledge of the mining industry know that an NI43-101 report is very rarely done on a placer mine and both the Gold Crown and Gold
Star are placer mines. Third - an NI43-101 is only done for Canadian companies or companies listed on a Canadian exchange. GDSM does not qualify for either
of these. An NI43-101 cannot be used by a U.S. company!
