Closer to bankruptcy or solar panel plant? take a

If you think some lender is just come strolling down the aisle waving $ at this company, after yesterday's quarterly filing, I have a 40MW solar farm in Durango, Mexico and multiple feedstocks in Australia, to sell you.
38 days left in 2022. Tick tock is now more appropriate than ever. Clock running out on ceo's deferred salary due by Dec 31st. The no salary bragging by the cheerleaders will be silenced when it's time for the 1 employee to get paid. Maybe a Reverse Split will free up hundreds of millions of shares to use to convert the big $salary$ tab the company has on the books. Do the math at current .0095 per share (or whatever price he decides...lol) to get 1.2 million worth of stock (how many shares is that?). That many shares are not available right now are they? Just "wondering" about different possibilities and options until 12/31.
Look up the word "restructuring" when it comes to companies with no revenue, no assets and over $9 million deficit. Add no revenue/receivables to use in the short term against financing. Add 2-3 years of spending a lot of dough ...when the company just blew it with that same scenario out east with Medi-ri while not having a DEM license.
You can also find the term "restructuring" in previous filings.
in my humble opinion
