THIS AGREEMENT made effective as of the date of its execution by the parties hereto.
BETWEEN:
Dr Ravi Inc., a corporation incorporated in India whose main business address is F-1 Green Court, 11/18 Visweswarapuram Street, Mylapore, Chennai 600004, India (?DrRavi?)
AND:
Kalahari Greentech Inc a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of Nevada (the ?Finder?)
"Wonder" what happened to Dr Ravi and Greentech.
Didn't Greentech became PF Hospitality ...which became Exo Inc ...which became SNPW? Asking for a friend of a friend this time. I see her smiling
"Wonder" what SNPW COULD become?
"Wonder" if financing would be contingent upon restructuring? Wouldn't that be "wonderful"? It's ok to "wonder".
And "wondering" what happened to the likes of like Taconic, Bezalel, R&T, Long Side, Sierra and of course Mr. Brown more recently
