Someone hard up for a little cash and willing to sell at any price, or someone who thinks the quarterly will maintain status quo as a shell and there will be a sell-off so they want to sell before that happens. My guesses anyway.

I set my expectation low for the quarterly, and my only hope is to learn something I didn't already know. I have been here too long to get fired up by high hopes. We probably will get a sell-off if no merger happens with this document and people are tired of waiting.
