NOBODY'S buying a new PROMO. "Wonder" why?
They're taking on Missouri's mantra. "SHOW ME"
Talk...talk...talk...talk the talk...but can't walk the walk.
We've heard of 4 or 5 HIGHLY PROMOTED snpw projects that, in the past 4 years, supposedly, had identified funding or had funding sources/partners, to develop something that was going to generate hundreds of millions of $$.
None of it is REAL today.
Now we're getting "credit rating" PROMOS before "identified funding" PROMOS. Looks like some pedaling backwards?
Who believes this company can actually get funding to build a 1GW solar panel plant that they will own and operate?
Answer: Not many
