Has Snpw added clarification to their tweet outlined below. Is Snpw directly involved? Whose application was approved? Ps. I assume they meant 2022 versus 2021?

You'll never get a detailed update about any old PROMOTED projects now lying in the graveyard. Don't expect the company to tell you anything. Just expect a tweet trying to hitch their wagon to any solar project on the globe with one of these #SNPW. Instead of this #bipolarsolar
