How did Thompson wind up with the lions share? He's not that bright
Unfortunately, whatever the outcome, it appears the GNBT shareholders that actually dug in their pockets and paid for their shares and believed in the bs from JM and the rest of the team, will wind up with the least, if even that
Theres such a thing as a shareholder derivative suit that positions the company as the plaintiff against those causing it harm, although not sure its already too late for that
