What was happening in March 3 2021.
Company had in it's hand a letter of "intent to approve" by the RI-DEM.
The thought of most everyone including the company was that the start of the Medrecycler-RI project was just a rubber stamp few public meetings away from approval.
The company thought that it would have significant news to share with the shareholders concerning the Rhode Island bond, the purchaser of the Bond, and a start date of operations of the Medrecycler-RI.
When the rug was pulled out from under them when the RI-DEM did a complete reversal due to political pressure, what exactly would the company have that needed sharing with the shareholders that wasn't already public information?
