Spending the investors money like a drunken sailor way before any final public hearing process and DEM decision on license.

That was the time to educate the public and meet with the property owners and tax payers of the town, that, evidently, had the final say. But no...instead it was full steam ahead as if it was a done deal. Gambled on politics and lost.
Not to mention some press distractions after January 2020.
Nobody forced anyone to start having equipment built in South Africa in early 2019??
Nobody forced anyone to pay "who knows how much" to have it shipped and assembled??
Read the tweets...it's all there. A published chronicle of events assuming the company was going to be granted a license before the state law requiring a public hearing.
Admitting mistakes versus trying to find excuses goes a long way.
