A 100 reverse yields the following:
Current Shareolders reduced from roughly 975 million shares (97.5% ownership) to roughy 9.75m shares (a 9.75% ownership). The company would have inventory of 990.25m shares to use as needed going forward.
A 1,000 reverse would provide the company with over 999m shares to use as needed.
Does it really matter if it is a 100 or 1,000 reverse? Really, fear of a 1,000 but not a 100??? 990m or 999m to use as necessary going forward.
My opinions.
PS Remember, the authorized remains at 1b shares regardless of the split.
I personally would rather have a max of 100 to 1 on the possible RS rather than the fear 1000 to1 brings.
