I believe it was in the court minutes from 12/16/2

I believe it was in the court minutes from 12/16/21. I don't have a subscription to Pacer so if anyone does perhaps they can post them and you can read it. I believe this was regarding the motion for preliminary injunction, not the motion to dismiss but I may be wrong on that.
