I think one thing not being taken into account here was that when Judge Peter J. Messitte found in our favor he made a statement to the effect that he expected Cytodyn would be successful in any future proceedings. He saw more of the story than anyone to this point (other than the arbitrator) and he did not sound like he viewed Amarex's side in a good light at all. I was looking for the pdf with his comments but it was pretty far back in the posts so maybe you remember it or someone has the statements handy that they can re-post.
