Craig, who claims to be a long, claims that there are two sides to this story. But he is also claiming to completely know the CYDY side, but not the Amarex, even though he has only supposition about the CYDY side. Leaving aside his motivation to back the Amarex side, from the outside looking in, CYDY had the job of running a trial, which they did, and Amarex had the job of collecting the info and presenting it to the FDA in the proper form, which they did not.
Craig, the long, is trying to prove FOR TWO YEARS NOW that it was CytoDyn's incompetence that caused all the problems because they failed to oversee the trial results which they were NOT allowed to oversee by FDA rule until the unbinding. So I will say again, if you shoot someone, no matter what the reason, you are likely to manslaughter due to "gross negligence" unless you are BP in which case you can oversee the trial and change the results.
