No Reverse Split for Friends and Family with Series B shares
Keep that in mind. They're exempt from getting hit by a split.
Imagine they get to hold onto shares and then have a feeding frenzy off of all of the shares that could go into the kitty.
Current common stock shareholders Giving up 100:1 or 1000:1 ratio of their shares to pay the company's bills again.
