Many of us are familiar with drugs that had placebo groups with unusually good results, so that drugs that were far more effective than the historical percentages in non-treated groups were nevertheless considered to have failed their trials. To see one with an unusually high death rate in the placebo group -- and yet the FDA is not going to issue a letter chastising them for "cherry picking data"?
Anybody who thinks that the FDA didn't single out CYDY for a nasty letter, 2 days after Nader prematurely opened his big mouth about an as-yet unsigned deal with the Philippines, thus killing that deal -- might want to consider this.
