lmao! As if 18 months is the same as today. It's just a bigger PROMOTION out of desperation.
Someone forgot to mention BIG $80 Million (lol) identified for Durango solar farm PROMOTION going on... BIG 70 Tons Per Day (lol) Medrecycler PROMOTION going on... BIG $6.3 million per year in revenue (lol) BUS SHELTER PROMOTION going on... BIG $400 Million AUSTRALIA PROMOTION going on
SPP solar panel brand would be an Indonesian-made pane l. They've had 10 months to have IST slap a logo on the would be Indonesian-made panels and don't have the cash to do it . The company is broke. It all went Medi-Ri nightmare mistakes. Those panels made in Indonesia would not qualify under the signed DPA nor the Clean Energy Ac t. Don't try and fool them (lol)
And the company doesn't have a non-glass solar panel without UL Certifications. They're worthless and rotting away past 3 years without UL Certifications. They've been saying for 3 years they don't have the cash to produce a measly 50 panels to test for UL Certification. It all went to Medi-Ri nightmare mistakes. The Non-glass solar panel is always the rehash PROMOTION when everything else is going to waste.
But they sold $83K in assets last quarter ? Where did that money go? And what did they sell?
The winds have changed alright . And the storm is coming as the stock just keeps going down the toilet and the CEO continues to hang another 14C REVERSE SPLIT to the tune of 1000:1 and 100:1 over the shareholders head .
Company took 66K in PPP money during 2020-2021 and stopped paying approx 50K in monthly lease rent for the Ri facility during 2021. They shut down two or three offices during 2021 and ceased operations with 2 or 3 subsidiaries. Interesting how Bella Electric subsidiary shuts down and MES gets the Foxess service/maintenance contract?
