If looks like a duck (planning board approved a medrecycler plant) walks like a duck (EPA approved a medrecucler plant) quacks like a duck (Rhode Island passed a 12.5 million dollar bond for a medrecycler plant) than it is a duck (Medrecycler Plant)
Yup. A lame duck now

Simple questions.
How many sub penny stocks can you actually verify
- them going though the Local (Warwick RI) planning board process successfully?
- going though the EPA process successfully?
- going though a state bond process and being approved for 12.5 million dollars?
- the actual location of the approved facility?
- construction process being done at that facility?
- someone at that facility responding to your request when they anticipate going live?
Simple answer: Wasted 9-10 million by not having a DEM license. Business 101.
Wouldn't it be easier if companies can do whatever they choose? lol
in my humble opinion
cheers
