I don't think people really believe that in any event. Otherwise, there would be no reason to keep reading or participating in this board. Notice also that Steve is not walking away from Quantum Materials Corp, of which we all continue to own shares. His PR this past week was announced under the auspices of QMC, and it is QMC that is entering into the new partnership.
Steve has told us what the path forward is. He will re-list the company. If there is some restructuring, we're part of it. It is obvious he is working to add value to what we own.
Let me add also, that taking Steve at his word and accepting the evidence as it is presented to us, as outlined above, does not amount to "giving Steve a pass" as Drugman assert this past week. This delisting should never have happened and no-one here can claim to being more angry or totally depressed about it than the next person. We are all in the same boat, following the bread crumbs as they become available. I hope we hear something soon. Having said that, we will hear something when Steve is ready and not before. And I am okay with that.
