On the other hand, I think you posted that info just to get a rise outta me. Shame on you. LOL ... BIEL must jump thru the burning hoops to get the insurance code(s). It's a MUST-GET-DONE deal. As Keith would say, "This is a huge win for the brand!". It would be a HUUUUUUUGGGGE win for the share price. And where did the reimbursement amount of $122 come from? Negotiations, that's where. With whom? For what purpose? My, oh my!
You don't get to choose who you must do business with, unfortunately. Nothing is confirmed until 01 Jan 2023 at the earliest but there have been multiple 'hints' (intentional?) to lead one to believe we have made the 'deal'. A question I have is do (or did?) we deal w/ individual companies or is there an agency that has overarching authority and negotiates a deal on behalf of a group of insurance companies. I tend to think the latter but I don't know and so it is wishful thinking on my part.
I hope our CEO took all the necessary precautions when the deal was actually signed. You are dealing w/ lawyers and insurance muckity-mucks, after all. Each one alone is bad enough but lawyers working with and for insurance companies (?) is another breed altogether. After the handshake, immediate use of multiple hand sanitizing wipes is strongly advised. Have a second set of vacuum-sealed, pre-sterilized clothes stored in a Clean Room off-site. After said meeting, leave forthwith, disrobe, burn clothes, bathe thoroughly, shower, dry w/ sterilized towels, enter chamber for infrared scan of potential pathogens and/or internal trauma, treat any open wounds no matter how small, open and put on clean set of clothes. Ok, you can leave now but stay alert for any unusual skin rashes or abnormal behavior patterns. These guys are sneaky bastards.
Not that I don't trust them - cough, cough ...
