Hey Drano. Thank you for the PM. I cannot reply because I am blocked, but yes, I have the MSA and it states that arbitration is in Maryland.
It is very clear on what the disputes/remedies are. Check out my post 130060 where I posted the provisions that may clear some of this up for you.
