Drano...failure to follow explicit and detailed instructions is not necessarily gross negligence. There is no "reasonable person" standard in the LEGAL DEFINITION of gross negligence.
I was not being snotty and I am sorry if you thought that I was. I know what the legal definition is, and as angry as you (we) are, there is a legal definition that is followed, not emotion.
