I am not quite sure what you mean, as there is only arbitration that can solve this. That is in the MSA. It's not my opinion, it's fact. Also, please understand that it is NOT for the parties to agree in arbitration, each side tells it's understanding of the facts and the ARBITRATOR makes the decision.
