I get tired of pointing this out, BP is not a single entity. BP is a lot of companies competing with each other. They are publicly traded. If one is interested in a small biotech, others notice and a possible bidding war can occur. this dynamic is very important. Please, do not think BP is a single object that may or may not care about cytodyn or weather it has leverage or not. that dynamic is not supported.
