I am talking about the seriousness of the existing problems that have been preventing commercial operations.
I certainly wasn't expecting him to listen to SMB posters for advice. I expected him to listen to JB.
I don't think anybody on the SMB's has a clue how close the technology is to being ready. And I'm talking about today, never mind a year ago when Rauber was making his decision to join the company.
