Hopefully, the arbitration judgement will find that Amarex was grossly negligent and/or guilty of willful misconduct. Normally, I never wish anything harmful on anyone else. However, this CRO blocked any chance of success for this company and Leronlimab. I hope Sidley Austin is able to bring some justice to Amarex, and for Cytodyn.

9.3 Limitation of Liability and Damage. Except with respect to its indemnification obligations under Section 8, under no circumstances shall Amarex be liable to the CytoDyn or any third party claiming by or through CytoDyn as a result of Amarex's failure to perform the Services, for any consequential, indirect, or special damages, and the warranty set forth in Section 9.1 is in lieu of any and all other warranties relating to the Services, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or for non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
