Call the realtor with any questions regarding the property
Nobody is making assumptions but you.
You're caught in a web of confusion because you don't understand how loopnet and zillow work with their listings.
Do you know the name of the trucking company that was in the building last? Do you know how long they were in there? And a few other questions might be good to ask the realtor. Nothing against inquiring about a property.
Relax and do the due diligence and stop hurting your brain over who posted this photo and who has it listed and who doesn't have it listed.
It's an LOI not purchase and sale agreement!! Haven't you been down this yellow brick road before? How many times in the past 5 years?
