Loopnet pulled first on google with easy property match. Duh...I wonder why??
Company took their tweet down while Loopnet listing was still up. Duh...I wonder why??
Company signs an LOI (worth nothing)
Realtor removes 3rd party online listings from his account to avoid any violating real estate laws involving a property with an LOI potential having a temporary "no shop" clause. Realtor can still profile properties as a broker. Thus, property is still present on the realtor's site.
Dude, I found the property for you. I posted the initial link from Loopnet. And now your running around like a chicken with its head cut off about Loopnet taking the listing down. WTH?? Who cares now?
What matters is when you see it reappear on 3rd party sites within 60 days or so.
