Call the realtor and do a little work. Don't you think someone has inquired with the realtor because that person never believes a single tweet the company posts.
Like I said, message me directly if you want the facts about the subject property still listed by the realtor (who matters most).
You need to know the real estate state laws relating to 3rd party public listings and realtors' listings. Do some work please and stop hanging your hat on twitter b.s. You should have learned your lesson a long time ago.
