Great post. Clearly this indicates that CYDY is empowered to ask for, and very probably receiving, a helluva lot more than they paid Amarex.
The material damages we have suffered include the consequences of not being able to file the BLA. Several of us have posted about the wide-ranging damage that CYDY suffered -- everything from the lost income in the HIV indication to the toxic financing we had to utilize to stay afloat the past two years to the inability to become listed on Nasdaq to the necessity to design Covid and cancer trials so small that they screwed our chances to succeed. And much, much more.
RTB would like us to believe that it ain't much we can sue for, and it's mostly our fault anyway. But it's much, and it's not.
