we still don't understand a lot of this, Why did Amarex decide to be so difficult in handing over our data? why did this go to arbitration with the idea that somehow Amarex thinks they deserve to get paid in full? What was the knowledge level of the quality of their work was once we got the RTF from the FDA? Did Nader not know Amarex was screwing up big time or was he being lied to by Amarex and found out just as we did?
I just don't understand how a company can put themselves in this huge pickle when just doing their job would have been easier. Lets remember, Amarex has to be licensed to be a CRO. They have to meet a level of competence to offer this service.
