Contracts require mutual assent a.k.a. “a meeting of the minds” regarding the agreement. Typically, this is expressed by offer and acceptance, however we have no information suggesting that element was actually met. If there was no intent by the parties for a piece of paper to be a legally binding contract, it's not. All the evidence suggests the latter is the case.
The simple fact that it's obvious on its face that the document was so unserious and unimportant that nobody bothered to read it before signing is pretty clear and convincing evidence that it wasn't intended to be a binding contract.
That or both parties are completely incompetent, incapable of composing the English language, and perhaps can't even read. Is that what you're actually suggesting?
