how do they typically handle what the liquidating amount is? is this typically spelled out at the time of the contract as a value of Amarex at that time? Is there an external auditor that puts a value on Amarex today? What if Amarex losses value over the span of the contract and the liquidating value is much less? Would Cytodyn have to wait for the actual sale of Amarex's assets to get the dollar amount?
I'm sure we will not know this until it is done and over, i'm just curious as to how this is actually handled. I would think Amarex would not care what there company is worth given a arbitration decision that they have to liquidate.
