The finalized deal is expected to close the first week of July 2012. Upon completion Joseph Collins, president of Punch TV Network, will join IC Places(ICPA) in the capacity of CEO and sit as joint Chairman of the Board with IC Places(ICPA)' current President and Chairman, Steven Samblis. Mr. Collins will focus on continued expansion of the TV network while Mr. Samblis will focus on expansion of the New Media area of the business. Making a Bigger Noise Merging new media with traditional television we will extend the Punch TV Network experience to every walk of life.
And caused of all the mixing up of things cause og pro and neg of posters!
Steve said he is the ceo !!!!! Joseph will be the chairman or what ever steve said!!

Below steve cleared it up in response to it!
I am remaining as CEO of the company and Joseph will come on board as President. Punch is not going to be in tiny towns. As an example we have "Must Carry" deals in LA and San Francisco. That means that we will air on everything in those cities, All cable and satellite. That is common for most of the deals we are working on.
Nothing has changed with Clear Vision, contract was signed a while back and we are waiting on them. Everything we have planned and spoke about publicly is happening.
