what Cyrus did was absolutely masterful. he took the news which could be construed as either good or bad and put it into a PR on Friday which is supposed to be taboo, had the shareholder base mull over it and realize it was in fact good news, then add to the good news Monday morning to turn this completely into a fake out for the shorts. The 9M shares get returned before the bell and the short attack is blunted before it even had a chance to fire. What is the good news? My educated guess would be it is the top line data from the trial as aggregated and compiled by the auditors which will show the safety and effectiveness of leronlimab and give the p values which would have given us the approval had the Quality also been there. Therefore, hold getting lifted is a done deal once data is reviewed by FDA, but the call to cancel the BLA was a good one because CytoDyn lacks QMS and so would never have passed the BLA anyway.
