I'll type in a vague way to express a thought. Typing as a long time Long, pulled in by the thought of 'a functional cure for HIV/AIDS'. Thanks, Paulson. Not selling here.
Not predicting; I don't need to be proven right or proven wrong. IMO, the science guys will be shown the door. After NP and before CA, there were live calls during which these guys said they thought the data issues were "solvable". I guess I heard that as 'data can be recovered and used for submission'. Maybe "solvable" meant junked and tossed out. I think house-cleaning will continue.
We can get newer, better (maybe cheaper) guys/gals to be our 'oncology company' (or NASH) cheerleaders, trial designers, etc.
As typed by others, I think the Monday call will just add to some color to and elaborate on the Friday PR; necessary to adequately inform the market before it opens.
